A VERY SAD REMEMBRANCE OF HAPPY TIMES
Magic Crazy Bear and I spent TWO FULL years in Nature

Crazybear waiting for dinner to be ready after camp set-up along the Colorado River.
While we were sometimes in a tent, we also lived some time in this teepee.
Crazybear loved it, as did I. There is a very special feel to being inside one.
High above Telluride Colorado on a crystal hunting expedition for me;
looking for bones for her - our two hobbies. Here stopping for water.
Crazybear loved to dig caves and this hard sand-soil mix was perfect. This entrance led down 4 m [12 ft] to a chamber large enough for her to turn around in and come out head first. Here she is proudly admiring and guarding her self-made cavern.
Though an arctic dog, she was happy in this beautiful Utah terrain, knowing we were headed to a swimming hole. She loved to explore new types of landforms and we had many very happy times here near Moab, Utah following streams and canyons.
Hiking in the Indian Peaks, Colorado. Perhaps our best day ever. We were coming down from a lake at the top we had spent the day at. Oh, I miss you so Crazybear!!!
My heart is everyday focused on you and having lost you.
A day doesn't go by without tears and pain for you, the love of my life.
Few humans can understand what we had and what we saw and shared. We know. They do not.
Only you and I knew the things that happened to us (good and bad) over the seven and a half years. Not one other being does. Now, it is in my mind only as bitter-sweet memories, and some photos.
As I write this Crazybear, it is three months to the day you went away - it seems just yesterday.
The pain is the same as it was that day when you died in my arms looking into my loving eyes.
Things will never be the same. Thank you for the time we had together, love! I miss you so very much! I hurt inside.
I have started writing a book about you, and our life together. Parts will be on the site eventually.
I dedicate this site to you love - it will continually grow - as I can bear to remember.
I will never forget YOU!
